About Us

Who We Are

Ecoeye Africa is a Ghana-based non-governmental organisation working at the intersection of climate action and food security.

Ecoeye Africa was established to respond to a clear and urgent challenge: climate change is placing increasing pressure on the ecosystems, farms, and food systems that communities across Ghana depend upon. We believe the response must be practical, locally grounded, and led by the people most affected.

We work with farmers, schools, young people, women’s groups, community leaders, public institutions, researchers, and development partners. Our role is to convene, educate, equip, and accompany — providing knowledge, tools, and partnerships that help communities protect their environment while improving food production and livelihoods.

Our programmes span climate resilience and environmental protection, sustainable agriculture and food security, environmental education and advocacy, and innovation and data for decision-making. Each is designed to be measurable, transparent, and durable beyond the life of a single project.

Our Vision

To create a climate-conscious and environmentally literate Ghanaian society that safeguards forests, promotes sustainable food systems, and strengthens resilience to climate change.

Our Mission

To raise awareness, educate communities, and empower young people and farmers with the knowledge, skills, and tools required to adopt sustainable environmental and agricultural practices in Ghana.
